About us

With several years of experience in job placement, we launched our company, The M.I.A Group Kft, in March 2024.

Our activities in Hungary mainly target blue-collar job placement, with a primary focus on skilled and unskilled labor related to the manufacturing and construction industries. However, we have also achieved significant results in the service sector, such as gastronomy and the hotel industry.

With our innovative search methods, combined with targeted advertising campaigns on META and TikTok platforms, we can efficiently reach a large pool of job seekers who are either looking for a job or considering a career change, with high accuracy in a short time frame. Our system aggregates incoming applications and utilizes AI capabilities to evaluate them, significantly shortening the search process to just a few days, enhancing our clients' satisfaction.

How does it work?

First steps:

Following contact, a brief needs assessment begins.  

Our staff will evaluate your requirements with a preliminary questionnaire, then prepare an offer for you.  

Signing a contract:


After accepting the offer, we will prepare your case or even a framework contract, which contains no obligations or loyalty period.  

Last steps:


Once the contract is signed, we will prepare the campaign, which will be published at a previously agreed time.  

Within a few days, we will send you the evaluated results, so you can reach out to the most suitable candidates.

We provide quantity and quality guarantees for our service. What does this mean?

We guarantee that we carry out the recruitment for the given position "freshly," and every application is timestamped.  

We also commit that all received applications are exclusively from candidates who applied for your advertisement and meet the requirements set for the candidates (e.g., qualifications, experience, etc.).

If you do not want to deal with the further selection process, we also offer a solution for...

...that, relieving you of administrative tasks such as requesting data, verifying qualification documents, and handling possible rejections.  

We will conduct the phone or in-person pre-screening, so you only need to meet with candidates who are truly the best for trial work or final interviews.  

By utilizing this service package, we guarantee for three months that if the employee we selected does not work out, we will replace them free of charge.
